I bought and installed Postage Manage 2022 thank you. At present when I open up I get the message

"The Microsoft Jet Database cannot open the file C:\\User\JohnL\Documents\StampManage\Data\stampdata.mdb Information technology is already opened exclusively by some other user or you need permission to view its information."

No one only me has the program or uses information technology. Do you lot know what it going on?.

This is a permissions problem. The folder is prepare to read-only when it should not be.

Possible solutions:

1/ Brand certain your anti-virus is non setting the folder to read-only. We had a couple users who had this happen.

Tools > Reset Add Postage Dialog window size settings
